You may remember an exhibition back in February by Melbourne artist Michael Steele at a little place called Gorker Gallery? You know... the one with the super insane mixed media cluster paintings of pop iconography called 'Accumulating'. Well now that some time has passed and Michael has had some breathing space he's gone and updated his website with some new works, including all of his pieces from his show. I love this guys work! I love the style and i especially love how tactile Steele is in working with different mediums and styles such as, illustration, oil painting and digital media. Make sure to grab a copy of Edition 7 when it comes out too as Michael has illustrated the introduction spread for us! Nice one! Check out his work over at www.steeleart.com.au

And watch this space for the launch of streetstudiobook.com coming to an internet near you!!!

The very first ever HIFF Festival is launching next week from Tuesday 25 May through Saturday 29 May and Timba has gone done a poster for it. Shhhhit! THE-HIFF, standing for the Henley International Film Festival is an international documentary film festival hosted at various venues in Henley (UK) to celebrate and showcase the best in international feature and short documentary filmmaking. The festival celebrates films that provoke debate, evoke emotions and more importantly inspire audiences. These films will reflect individual greatness, inspirational stories and ambitions, environmental and social responsibilities. Through film we hope to not only inspire others, but also to evoke a self-belief that transcends deep into our own local community and outsiders alike. Visit www.the-hiff.co.uk for more information.

Enters Fitzroy, Melbourne based Post Modern Motorcycles. These guys take the iconic CT series Hondas and turns them into postman killing street machines! Taking allot of there stylings form vintage and custom bikes from England, Japan and the USA I sure as hell wouldn't mind handing over my CT for a PMMC overhaul! Watch there space! www.pmmc.com.au
